Amata Scopes of Business:

• Participating in mobilizing investment into Industrial Park (IP) basing on IP development master plan.
• Constructing technical infrastructure works, providing public utilities and services for clients who have invested within IP.
• Constructing, selling and renting ready-built warehouses.
•  Providing logistics services including depots and warehouses in IP, participating internal and external transportation of goods.
• Amata Vietnam JSC has  its shareholders: General Corporation for The Development of Industrial Zones (SONADEZI Corporation) and Amata Public Company Limited (Thailand), founded in 1994 on the purpose of developing Amata IP in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
  
   The project of Amata IP was set to work at the beginning of the year 1995, with the primary investment capital of US$ 17 millions. The project is divided into five stages, in which the design and the process of the first stage of building have been carried out by Bechtel, a famous American construction company.
  
  After the success of Amata IP project, with the intention of long-term investment into Vietnam, this company intends to build a hi-tech urban centre of 2,500 hectares in Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province. This project would play an important role in the development of Nhon Trach City, a new-born city right at the heart of Southern Focal Economic Hub of Vietnam.
