This area belongs to two communes of Nghia Thanh and Suoi Nghe in ChauDuc District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. With the total area of 2.281,65 hectares, Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company consists of 1.550 hectares industrial park/estate, 440 hectares theme park and 210 hectares residential area.
The 1.550 hectares industrial park/estate aims to establish an interdisciplinary, less polluted and hi-tech area.
